U.S. delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after production. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. but we are hoping to expand soon!
Do you accept returns?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless and item is delivered damaged or printed wrong. In that case please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at no extra charge.
Are your cups dishwasher safe?
To keep your cups and wraps looking their best we recommend hand washing only. Do no scrub the design directly and do not put in microwave or dishwasher.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes! We love creating special designs. If you'd like to personalize a cup with a name or custom design please reach out via our contact page before ordering.
Do you offer bulk orders for gifts/events?
Absolutely! We can handle bulk orders for weddings, parties or events. Contact us for details and pricing.
